Given Anna’s background as a linguist and Keith’s international editorial and writing background, we are particularly well placed to help overseas organisations who wish to develop their customer and employee communications.

Finally, we know a lot of talented people. If your project needs it, we will bring in trusted, specialist expertise and experience e.g. design, graphics, video production etc.

Anna Hayward – Director

I lead on strategy, customer and employee and internal communications.

My marketing career started with ICI Pharmaceuticals, and I moved up through The Rank Organisation and BUPA. Alongside, I also trained as a Relate counsellor and NLP Master Practitioner. As a result, I established two consultancy businesses. The first was in internal communications and wellbeing. The second was in maternity management. Clients were mainly HR professionals. Leadership in a communications agency followed. Plus I have headed up a retreat centre, then a counselling charity. I thrive on variety and love getting involved in new projects.

By background I am a linguist. I have a degree in French, German and Marketing. My mother tongue is Italian. I also have A-level standard Spanish.

I am also a fiction author. My first novel is an historical epic with an intimate heart, set in Mussolini-era Italy.

Keith Hayward – Director

I add extensive print and digital publishing experience to Dig Deep Communications. I have a long track record of producing magazines and publications. Further outputs include press releases, website content, e-newsletters and bespoke articles. These have been for trade organisations, events, exhibitions, agencies, and engineering consultancies.

My wider experience includes the design and delivery of website projects.

I have a science background, as well as having pursued additional legal studies. My specialisms include the environment, international development, health, science and engineering. I am a member of the Association of British Science Writers.
